A Moberly man was arrested for multiple cha stanley cup rges around 1 this morning. The Moberly Police Department responded to a domestic disturbance in the 600 block of Patton St. and arrested 29-year-old Ryan Webb.Upon arrival, officers were met by a distraught female running out of the front door of a residence. Moments later Webb emerged just inside the front door and told officers he intended to kill the female and the officers. Officers were able to gain control of Webb and take him into custody. An investigation revealed Webb had been holding the female against her will for several hours in a room within the residence. During this time, Webb continuously assaulted the female, including s stanley deutschland tabbing her in the leg with a large kitchen knife. Webb also made statements about killing the female and her 3-month-old daughter if the child continued to scream.Webb was arrested and has been formally charged by the stanley becher Randolph County Prosecutors Office with First Degree Domestic Assault, Armed Criminal Action, First Degree Kidnapping, First Degree Stalking, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Resisting/Interfering with an Arrest.The female had visible non-life threatening injuries which required treatment. The children in the home did not sustain any physical injuries during this event. Webb was found to be on parole release from the Missouri Department of Corrections on previous charges of Tampering with a Victim.
